We are looking for an enthusiastic academic who is able to teach two (or more) of the following:

General nutrition sciences.

Nutritional physiology and biochemistry.

Professional development for nutritionists.

Food and ingredient composition.

Food technology.

Food product development.

Academic skills and research methods.

We successfully deliver an established and renowned portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate courses and take pride in our outstanding national student survey (NSS) scores and excellent student employability. We achieve this by placing the student at the centre of our curriculum design as well as nurturing strong partnerships with employers. Our courses are mapped against the relevant professional bodies' frameworks and our undergraduate courses are accredited.

Our innovative and applied research enriches the quality of our education, spanning a wide range of disciplines with a focus on improving health.

You will have both a relevant postgraduate degree and contemporary knowledge in food and nutrition gained through research or working in the sector. Although higher education teaching experience would be an advantage, it isn't essential.
