Full Time Post: 36.25 hours per week
We are seeking to appoint an energetic, knowledgeable and engaging Course Leader to join the School of FE at Farnham. You should be an experienced art and design practitioner/lecturer with creativity, skill, enthusiasm and experience to contribute to the delivery of this ambitious programme.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent management skills and have a through knowledge and understanding of the expectations of the Common Inspection Framework and Ofsted outstanding. Previous and proven outstanding teaching experience is essential.
You will have a good honours degree, a PGCE, great professional experience and detailed knowledge of contemporary developments in the subject area and wider design industry.
You must be able to communicate a broad range of practical and theoretical issues through hands on teaching, seminars and tutorials. You must be able to inspire and motivate students.
