Contract type and hours: Full-time, fixed-term position for one year.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, collaborative and energetic individual to contribute to the design, delivery and assessment of a new course in Research Skills and Methods at St George’s, University of London. The successful candidate will liaise between Clinicians at St George’s Healthcare NHS Trust and University Researchers to develop a course aimed at Clinicians and Allied Health Professionals who want to participate in research and develop their own projects. The post holder will be based in the Institute for Infection and Immunity and will have the opportunity to develop their own research project during the post, if applicable, under the supervision of Dr Nidhi Sofat.
The successful applicant will have a strong interest in medical education and research and will have excellent communication and team working skills, with the ability to complete tasks according to deadlines. The post holder will have the opportunity to acquire education and research skills in a team working across St George’s, University of London and St George’s Healthcare NHS Trust.
